CHANGES AND CREATION OF CURRENT FILEMAKE PRO DB

we have a FILEMAKER PRO DB, that is working fine but needs a little TLC to bring upto date and to include a few important aspects: an inventory so order's can be added directly via the DB, at the moment all orders are imported via excel, our staff need to be able to select the product (which will display a small thumbnail image, should also display metadata info) and build the invoice from that, also the db should create the final invoice, again at the moment all invoice's are created via excel. Monthly Sales Analytics - monthly sales trend by each sales location. we should also be able to run period reports to show performance of the company and also a function to track individual customer's emails should be implemented. ORDER EXPORT DIRECT FROM MAGENTO SITE INTO FMP DB, this is something that we are preforming manually, but i would like to automate this process if possible. Must have previous FM experience and examples of work. An archive facility needs to be added, to archive completed order's older that 30 days. Print out options should also include order MAIL LABEL. furthermore, the whole db should be optimized and improved
