Designe and manufacturing of gokart vehicle for national go-kart championship and international go-kart championship

This job has excited me to no extent! This is our passion and we have been designing vehicles since our college days. I have been a leader of our college Formula Student team and our college BAJA ATV team in my college days. We have analysed chassis in the past and can share with you screenshots of the same. We have worked on complex transmissions , braking and steering systems along with the gear shifting mechanism of the same. We can provide you with details once you get in touch with us. Our designs have been proven in the field and have been proven to be the topmost in the country. We have expertise in manufacturing of the chassis as well. We have till date been part of manufacturing of 10 different types of chassis ranging from ATV chassis to formula style to go kart chassis. Depending on your budget we can optimise the kart to the fullest and come up with a very good proposal. Factors such as engine, transmission system etc will govern the budget. i was the chief engineer for the Racing car project which made in accordance to regulations and it was the first of its type in Jordan. I did benchmarking for the car with competitors cars and make conceptual design and hand calculations in the initial stage, then moved to the detailed design stage including detailed CAD model and FEA to validate the hand calculations. Finally we manufactured the car with minor problem and we assembled as per the drawings and regulations. I have also experience in automotive & aircraft maintenance which give me the design for maintenance and assembly orientation and provide with knowledge of standard industry parts. I hope i can work with you on this interesting project which it shares with me exact working experience which i did before, from chassis and power train design and calculations. and i always read books and follow the latest news about vehicles design and technology. i think i fit into this position but i need to know more about the project specially the vehicle type you work on. I use Rhino 3D for body and conceptual design and Creo detailed design I prefer to make a steel space frame chassis and fiber glass body.
