This project posting is for the development of a fully fledged business plan. This plan will be presented to financial institutions and scrutinized for the robustness of the cost analysis. Many details will have to be hashed out together as this progresses.
The business idea is to create a revenue stream by selling the revere trike (SoloCraft Treo). The home base of the business is Lancaster county Pennsylvania. It is possible that the Treo could be designed and manufactured by the company (Hessler Vehicle Systems). Or, it may be that it proves better to partner with a company like Club Car or Hindustan Motors to simply fabricate the entire vehicle. I’d be interested in working with someone that can provide a financial analysis of plans of this sort. This plan would have to take into account all of the overhead, loan interest and applicable taxes.
For this project to move forward, I’d need to find a comfort level with the freelancer that indicates acumen for the subject. Product pricing, demographics, distribution and the whole thought process of how to get a new venture like this off the ground. I’ve worked through quite a bit of this myself already…and have struggled to make the idea feasible on paper.
Please refer to the attached sketches by Eric Stoddard for an idea of the vehicle’s design. The prototype is underway…and is being made from the rear end of a Honda CBR1000RR and the front end of a Case IH Scout utility vehicle (made by club car). You’ll probably need to have a pretty good idea of how a vehicle like this would be manufactured.
I hope that’s enough to go on for now. I’m not exactly sure what range to set for the bidding. Bear with me as I sort through this part of the process.
Thanks,
Andy
