Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular calls with the clients to provide assistance and check the struggles encountered in the program
2. Produce accurate reports that will serve as the team’s reference in addressing the client’s issues and keeping track of his or her progress
3. Maintain/ upload customer call records for team’s reference and training
