Hi, cricket is a popular sport, and IMHO if you want to raise fund quick and continuously then let's not call it fund raising but let's call it advertise with us (aka sponsorship). If we say fund raising the donars may not find value in it, but if we say advertise with us the value proposition is crystal clear.
also in your case I trust instead if getting onboard a huge donar, we must onboard 5-10 mid size sponsors so that they stay with us for longer duration. since in case of seeing no value the large donar may withdraw easily. so local mid size sport oriented businesses will be our best bet. and we can use facebook and LinkedIn ads to promote it.
