Need to Perform Finite Element Analysis of Hard Turning Process in regard to Tool chip / Work piece temperature generation and distribution .

The work piece should be designed for AISI 1045 Steel

The Tool should be designed using PCBNT.

Analysis can be done at a specific depth of cut , feed rate and force applied.

The designer can choose the dimensions of the tool and work peice.
