Design a sliding Roof / Hatch for a mobile application

Hi,
we hope this finds you well.
We are looking for an inspired, knowledgable and reliable engineer that can develop a sliding roof / hatch with us that we can implement in our vehicle
We already designed and sourced some parts that we think are suitable for our application.
Please check the file attached for the general idea.
The roof consists of 4 segments. The 2 middle segments need to open. (in the example there is so far only one side)
Therefore The roof needs to lift up and to slide over the other "not sliding roof parts"
We would like to use hydraulic cylinders for the lift action and a pneumatic cylinder or actuator for the sliding motion.
These are our ideas but we would be happy to discuss other ideas and solutions since in the end all we care about is a reliable and working solution for this quite interesting project.
