Automatic spelling book - full project with prototype producing

We required a tool for blind person who can not read a book by themself

So that they have to ask some one who can reading a book for them

But i want you to make a tool to help them

Please see picture attach file. The face of this tool will be look like that but in that picture that i show you is only a light for reading book

1. It has a piece of acrylic or mirror then put them in to a page of book

2. Then press button 1 time - the tool will be take photo or scan or anything that you can do but it should be as fast as you can. This one using technic OCR

3. After you have a picture then you press button again the tool will be translate from picture to voice. This using technic text to speech. The most important is the voice must spell correctly 100%

-The tool can spell 2 language english and thai

-if within one page of picture there has 2 language ,english and thai language it should be still can spell correctly 100%

- the tool must have switch to manage volume

- the tool must have swith to manage slow and fast of voice

- i need smd pcb design

- this tool using recharge battery same like mobile phone

What i must get?

Gerber file, schematic, pcb, 1 prototype for sample i will pay for shipping cost ,software , source code, a name list of ic that put in pcb and all that include in this project
