Greetings!! Thanks for share this requirement. I have gone through your requirement and here I am sharing my view.
Approach:
We will create access database will all the tables as you mention in your requirement. We will create different forms in access database from where user can insert data which will store in access
tables. Using access services we will publish that database in SharePoint site. User who has access
of the site can access that database and view it.
For audit trail we have to write coding in Access as VB script. We will write code when any record
added/updated/ deleted data will be inserted to another table. In such a way audit trail will be
maintain.
We will write script for all the tables.
Quesion:
1) As you mention all 5 users can edit but with hideen audit log. Audit log is for log activity. So
why user's can edit that records? Audit trail is for only view purpose. I am not clear on CMS and
admin requirement point which you mention.
2) In some tables you mention downloadable. How you want as downloadable? Do we have to
generate file in specific formate?
3) What is your sharepoint server version?
