Android Animation

I have one video and i want the animation like that so please apply only if you have enough experience in the android animation skills. I want to make a animation demo. Payment is only after the animation is complete which is my basic requirement. i want to animate the button in the round fashion in clockwise this is what i want. type "ready" if you read the requirement carefully.
