Android App - Simple

I need a app that will have a home screen with an iframe and in footer fixed ads banner and interstitial ads (popup) from google admob.

so there need to be a menu with links and costum pages. i will add 1 image and if you see you will know what i like to do.

My budget is 30$ if you can make the app for 30$ contact me.

I NEED THE SOURCE CODE TOO SO I CAN MODIFFY THE APP IN ECLIPSE
