Please Quote ASAP, Phase one would be a simple app (named: C2-PhoneLock) using I believe the GPS: 1) If the phone moves faster than 10 MPH, lock the screen 2) If the phone goes below the 10 MPH, unlock the screen 3) If the phone is locked (as in # 1 above), provide an option or the user to click on a button and enter a password to unlock it - If they do this, it is unlocked for xx minutes, then if the phone is moving at above 10 MPH, lock it again This will need to have a main app that allows for the entry of the password and the xx minutes amount. Once the password is set, the app cannot be opened unless that password is entered. Things that are not fully understood, is how often should it check the GPS to figure out how fast it is moving, can it be app be activated ONLY if the phone feels movement. I.e. so if the phone is sitting on the desk, instead of checking for GPS every 10 seconds, it may do it every 10 minutes. Additional phases will build upon that capability. For example, have the phone interface to a web program, have it block services like phone usage and text capabilities during specific time periods, send messages in response to phone calls and texts when the phone is locked, etc. This will be a very big project, but i want this to be done very quickly. We are looking at as soon as possible, but are sending out requests to understand the initial budget. We don't have any designs on graphics and are looking for ideas. There are some references for the project, but we don't want to use any of their graphics concepts. i will not pay any Upfront show me some progress in app and i will create milestone.
