Android Photo Reduction Quality Fix On Existing App.

I have a completed android application. It is an inventory form program. When an item is photographed, it makes a thumbnail image 240px and a main image 740px. The problem: Android has a buggy photo reduction module. When reduced...photos are very poor quality. I need the photos a much better quality, with our logo watermarked at the same size and place on each of the photos. This already exists in the app but it is poor quality. It is my goal to have someone review and fix the code to offer MUCH better quality. I don't think that it should be that difficult for someone who specializes in this. I can send you the source code and apk to test. Again, I just want you to adjust the quality of photos and watermark...nothing else.
