Android app to get location coordinates of cell phone’s user and list places

I need an Android App to be able to do following tasks:

1- App should be able to receive automatically and at any time a particular SMS message. I will provide the SMS message service for testing purposes.

2- Once that particular SMS message has arrived, it should let Android App to trigger following actions:

3- Adroid App should get location coordinates of cell phone’s user with any of the 3 location providers in Android:

a. gps (GPS, AGPS)

b. network (AGPS, CellID, WiFi MACID)

c. passive (CellID, WiFi MACID)

4- If location coordinates can't be obtained from GPS, then App should get them from Network. If location coordinates can't be obtained from Network, then App should get them from Passive.

5- After App gets user location coordinates, it should generate and show at phone's screen a list of at least 3 places inside a radio of 150 mts, using Google Places API.

6- Places to list should be any open public places like churches, parks, squares, public schools, etc.

That list should include only addresses of those public places. That list will include only strings.

7- App should be developed in Android Studio.

8- App should be able to be installed on SD card.

9- Won’t accept spaghetti code.

10- Since I don't want to deal with memory leaks or Android performance problems, previously you must submit some Android code examples of your own to see how you handle program performance and memory variables.
