Create a bottom action bar in android without title bar at the top

I have an action bar created but i want it to appear at the bottom of the screen. Actually i have the action bar created but i get to put it at the bottom if i set an ActionBar.DISPLAY_SHOW_CUSTOM and i create the superior bar that says "restaurant la torre". What i want is to have the action bar at the bottom and removing the superior bar that says "Restaurant La torre".
