I am looking to hire an individual that is experienced in mobile games specifically for the Android platform and Google Play.
I am an established I.T company located in Florida and have a few ideas for different types of games to be coded and uploaded on Google Play. I would rather hire an individual and not a company.
You must be experienced in coding and designing games with in app purchases and a also designing a basic website to showcase the game you will also need to get the app to Google Play and guide me in setting up whatever I need to on my end.
The way I would like to pay for your time designing the app is I would pay you a "%" 60-90 days after the app is live on Google Play and then a % of the sales until your fee is recovered. I have my legal team standing by to draft up a contract to protect all parties in getting paid.
I have done something like this in the past before and within 4 months of the app being live, the company recovered there fee, plus I paid a $1500 bonus.
