Send data from 1 screen to API and handle responses

This is needed for both Android and iOS (both native in Eclipse and Xcode 6+)
The task is as follows:
- Create 1 screen with 4 fields to be filled by the user (text, date, time, text)
- Submit data to a remote API and handle response
- Create a second screen based on the result of the first screen and submit data of second screen to another remote API and handle response
That is it. Nice and simple. I need this finished in a couple of hours at the most
