Automatically takes picture and send over MMS and Email

We need a very simple blackberry application (no UI required, it's not meant to be used by any user) that upon receiving a call, the application should start (or maybe it is already started just waiting for a call, it is up to the developer), take a picture using the phones camera and sends the taken picture to a pre-determined number using MMS and a pre-determined email.
Very simple:
- Application detected received call;
- Upon detecting call, takes single picture using phone camera;
- Sends picture via MMS to a given phone number and to a given email;
Of course we need to source code to be well commented, easy to mantain, easy to adapt other functionalities, etc.
