Design/Create HTML Template for Content on mobile app

We have a sencha / phonegap application that requires a more eyecatching / proffesional content template. The app is simple and will be used to display content for venues such as Muesums and Art Gallerys. Sample screenshots of the app has been attached and we are looking for someone to design displaying the content to the user in an interactive and eyecatching format. The deliverables we are looking for are the HTML and CSS and any images such as icons required to display any similar content we want in the pattern / design provided going forward. No app changs or coding of the application is required only design and coding/scripting for the content pane which we will intergrate to the app our self. Pattern 1 Details about a Venue 1) Venue Name 2) Descripotion 3) Type 4) Favourite button 5) Title picture 6) Details about the venue, split up into sections with headings 7) Video 8) Image gallery 9) Links The details section is expected to be brief and sub headings in a visually appealing way is desired Pattern 2 Details about a feature at a venue, such as a painting or exhibit 1) Exhibit Name 2) Descripotion 3) Type 4) Title picture 5) Favourite button 6) Details about the venue, split up into sections with headings 7) Video 8) Image gallery 9) Links This is going inside an existing sencha application so the usage of additional javascript etc must be limited.
