Cell Phone Ping - user location triangulation - GPS - repost

in additionion to the past project our company needs to add. 4 features. might be easy... wI'll discuss increased charge after initial bid at same price as past project. as new features will require additional computer programming we anticipate an additional 1000. I am looking for software that will allow me to ping a cell phone using only the cell phone number so as to determine the cell phone user's location and it will allow me to read the location on a map like Google Maps. This should work inside the USA with all of the major U.S. carriers such as Verizon and AT&T wireless, T Mobilem, Sprint. The way a ping works is it determines the three closest cell phone towers to the user and then calculates the user's [login to view URL] can read about cell phone pinging here: [login to view URL] BUT if you have to read about it then I feel that you are not the right contractor for me. I am looking for a turnkey experience and from someone who is experienced with cell phone pinging. It would be ideal if you can provide me with a working example of your work similar or exactly to what I am looking for prior to my provider selection.
