Add features to an existing iPhone travel application

1. Ads. I would like to put ads at the bottom of the screens based on the screen context; such as hotel ads on the hotels page, etc. This will allow me to offer a free ad-supported version of my app as well as a paid "no-ads" version.
2. Feedback. I would like to add a "Rate this App" pop up after a trip is entered or other opportune times.
3. Dial Phone Numbers. I would like all phone numbers in the app to be "clickable" so the user can click a phone number (for a trip, hotel, or rental car agency) and dial the phone directly from the app.
4. Map addresses. I would like all addresses in the app to be "clickable" so the user can click an address (for a trip, hotel, or rental car agency) and their map app will launch with the selected address. This could be accomplished from a menu or a clickable link.
5. Notifications. I would like to have the app display a notification "reminder" the day before (or a few days before) a trip is to start.
