Job Description - Looking for writer to develop TV/Radio program & distribute Iphone, Ipad & andriod App - This TV/Radio App will supply information to end-user which will be provided from 3rd party web site. - Must have solid command of the English language. - App must be able to insert advertisement on below - Part of the qualification process includes you providing me with a sample past program to ensure that your abilities are your own and not someone else’s. - We will retain 100% ownership, 100% authorship and 100% rights to all program and ideas once I have paid you for them. - You must be willing to sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement. - Payment to be made via escrow account. - You must stick to dates and time-line. - You personally guarantee not to resell any programs or ideas to a 3rd party. - If I hire you, you must guarantee to me in writing that you personally will do all research and writing of program. If you either work with a team of writers or if you plan to sublet my work out to any 3rd party – then you must make that known to me before this contract is awarded.
