App for News Site Required

Hi We are looking for a developer to create an app for us for a news site We normally post up daily news articles on the website and wish to develop an app for this now. We are using Joomla based system and just require it for iphone / ipad similar app to this is "Sky News" if you find that on apple store its a UK based app so something similar to that Specification --------------------------- Main Screen Page - Images to the left hand side with Headline then Link to click more will take you to another page to read full story in there will be links to website, option to comment on article, and share teh story via facebook and twitter integration. Moving down the maing page screen will show older stories posted up - Headline Ticker running at the top of every screen to highlight stories of "Action Alerts / Current Campaigns and clicking on this link will take you most recent action alerts / campaings - Tell us Link / Tab Bar - give the user the opportunity to report a news story, register to mailing list, Report an Issue We require this to be setup as well as the interface / webservices we are using joomla for this NDA / Client Confidentiality is a MUST!
