Here is a high level overview:
I will need:
1. Website
2. iPhone/iPad App
3. Android App
All of these need to be fully integrated with FB and Twitter
Functionality:
1) User can sign in with FB or Twitter Account or by creating username/PW
2) User can locate their friends when they sign in and "follow" them if they choose to see their posts as well as search other users to "follow them"
3) Users can use the App to take pictures or video or upload from phone directory
4) Full integration with FB and Twitter - so if someone posts something on the App, it would be seen on FB or Twitter (open to how this will look like)
5) Users can post video, pictures or text with comments (similar to instagram/socialcam)
6) Users can "vote" on the picture they like and a number of votes would appear under the pic
7) Apps can auto populate location of where the user is
8) Full admin controls
9) Full privacy settings (who can view posts, etc......)
10) Ability to sort posts by followers. location, category, most popular, etc...
11) Users ability to manage posts and who they follow and who follows them
12) Apps integrated with website just like FB is with it's app
13) Users will have a "newsfeed" similar to FB with everyone's post that they can sort
14) Users can flag content that is not acceptable and admin is notified
16) Need to be able to do the end to end development of this
15) Apps must be approved on App Store and Android Marketplace
