balloonrace app

I want an app that opens a specific webpage. I run a virtual balloon race website - balloonrace.com. The race has recently been simplified and the virtual balloons now move a random amount every hour. We are removing all flash from the leaderboard so the website will work on a mobile phone. Each race has a different url: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want a very simple app that either displays the home page of each race - or the live leader board. I'm not sure if the leadeboard is possible because the url is the same for each race: [login to view URL] I guess I just want an app that opens and asks - "What race is your balloon in - [login to view URL]????? (only asks this the first time it is opened - or you can view more than 1 race?). They enter the last part of the url and every time the app opens it displays the race they are in (we are adding a mini live leaderboard to each home page).
