A clone of a phrasebook app currently in the android market. <[login to view URL]>
## Deliverables
I need a nearly exact copy of this app. <[login to view URL]> except none of the content. None of the images, phrases or audio.
It should be completely functional with variables I can edit to change text/images in the program and then recompile the app.
Design / Color Scheme: Please make it like this <[login to view URL]>
Categories and Phrases: This all needs to be editable. I need to be able to have as many categories and as many phrases in each category as I want. My thinking is to have all of this information read from a database. The number of categories and all phrases in the database will determine the number of categories and phrases that show up on-screen. I will construct this database, I simply need to be told how to construct it and which database it the prefered one to use. Maybe sqlite3?
Possibly the database can include the sound file names or the database could also include the sounds.
Also notice that some phrase entries have tips. Look under the category Numbers.
There must be a way for me to mark some categories pro and others not. Possibly if a category has no rows in the database?
Audio: Should use some compressed format, in order to keep the program size small.
Images: Don't need to be created, but can be put in as just solid black and the right size. The images should be changeable. I will put in my own images.
Links: There are links to websites throughout the program. These should be variables I can also edit.
Search: Should function the same as the program.
Favorites: Should function the same as the program.
Apps: Editable link, as said above.
More: About text needs to be editable via variable. Tips text needs to be editable via variable. Settings should function as is. Our Apps should link to whatever links I choose. Share this app should be the same, but links need to editable via variable. Rate this app same as above. Support should include only email.
When you know the structure of the data, please let me know. Also I have some programming experience, so you can ask more specific programming questions if need be. But I'm for the most part relying on you to figure out how it should function and work.
At the end of the project I expect to receive:
1. The source code
2. Compiling instructions
3. Variables easily editable in the source code (or elsewhere)
4. Information on how to integrate my phrases/sounds/images into the program
