App like Facebook Group Feature

I need an app that mimics the design and function of the Facebook Group Feature. I will need two account types: Standard User and Admin. Admin Account Features: Ability to create a group: Name Group, Add Cover image and description. View a list of all Groups. Within a group I need the ability to delete a comment, post or the whole group. User Features: Account/Profile Creation: Name, brief bio and profile pic. Users will have a list of all groups available for them to join. If they join a group they can start posting , commenting and sharing pics/vids/links. Users can also friend each other and message each other.
