In my previous developments I've used ImageTargets (image recognition), VideoPlayback (AR Videos), CloudRecognition (more than 1000 images - internet required), UsedDefineTargets, VirtualButtons, Framemakers and other extern pluggins like Facebook an QR Scanner. I readed your project description and i liked it, i can easly use particle systems to simulate snow and animate the Santa appearing without problems and really fast. I have my own licences to publish & develop the product on the tool that we will be using. So, we will have no limitations in customization.
