For a prototype, I need a hybrid app with which you can engage in video chats with other owners of the app. It's important that the app can "call" other devices the same way Skype and Whatsapp does. With a custom screen/persistant notification. If you need an example, look at WhatsApp's call function. Except I will need a video stream in addition to the audio.
