I need an app developed using ionic The user selects an SVG from their phone This will then be displayed on screen In the center of the screen there should be a circle overlayed which can be moved around the image and placed. Once the user is happy with the positioning of their circle they click Next They are then asked to input a title up to 160 characters and click Next The camera is then launched The user takes a photo, they are given the choice to accept the image or retake If the accept it they are then given to choice of taking more photos with accept or retake until they have taken as many as they want. Once complete all the photos as well as the SVG and the coordinates of the circle are then attached to an email in the stock email client which the user can choose to send. To start with I need an APK to test the app on my tablet as well as source code. Thanks James
