Complete customer info, order and service centre

We sell foot orthotics/innersoles which need to be custom fit. What must the App can do? 1. Work on Android and eventually on Apple phones. 2. Complete solution for Ordering, Photos of Feet for sizing, Social Sharing and also ability for clients to get Credits based on physically sharing via QR code. 3. Prospective clients to be able to download App and start by opening onto an information centre of what the orthotics can do. 4. If interested they must be guided through the process of how the App takes a photo of the client’s feet. a. Client to lie down on a bed. b. Person taking the photo will hold up a standard size sheet of paper (A4/Letter, depending on Country) next to the feet at the same level. c. The App will look for the best frame where sheet of paper is in the right proportions (not skewed). Then will take a few photos of the underside of the feet. 5. Then the client will complete all their details and follow payment process on the App to purchase via Credit Card or other available payment options. 6. All the info would then possibly be integrated into Dynamics CRM for Admin to do sizing and courier of orthotics. 7. When client receives the orthotics they should get audio visual guides on the App on how to wear them and what to expect. 8. If the client is happy with the orthotics then they must be able to directly share their experience via the App to social media. 9. Each App installed must have a unique QR code whereby others that are interested in the orthotics can scan the happy client’s QR code and have the App install on the referred clients phones. Upon successful sales conversion after sharing the QR code their App needs to be updated with credits that they can eventually redeem for a pair for themselves or convert to a form of cash back. 10. By doing this every client has the opportunity to get something back for the effort of spreading the word. I have many years graphic design experience so can help with graphic requirements and gui.
