Looking for a UI/front-end developer with strong experience in making websites mobile responsive, specifically in CSS style sheets/JSP. We have a website built on J2EE and JSP and has two different logins, one of which is mobile responsive already, we need someone to make the other login mobile responsive 'without' changing the design.
