Create a Xamarin Forms VS 2017 solution (IOS and droid) and send coordinates to REST

You have to create a Visual Studio 2017 Xamarin Forms solution which has a project for IOS and another project for android. A third project has to contain the shared forms code. As the GUI I just want to have a splash screen when the application starts and a simple text field with the current coordinates of the device. The coordinates have to be imported from the IOS and android API every 10 seconds and displayed on the screen. The coordinates also have to be sent to a REST service (already available) every 10 seconds. The coordinate sending to the REST service must also be possible when the app is in the background. Therefor you have to take care, that the app gets the necessary rights from the user. Please embed the hockeyapp framework - I would like roll out the app first via hockeyapp. The final goal is that the Xamarin project is running on my development machine.
