Ticket assigning option should not be there, is it correct? Anther confusion, If an operator already started to take care of the application then how the rest operator will know that action has already taken or in progress? I have several confusion and doubts in this application process which I want to clear properly: - There is no such Close option in your workflow. I think in Description page there should be an option to close ticket, is it not? - I am not sure from where user would be registered? Is this already registered user and I will have to validate from this database? Or System will have a system where admin will add users, please clarify. You said admin can delete users which leading me to this conclusion. - How many pictures can user upload for a ticket. From your Mock-up it seems only one but my experience saying me user may upload more than one images at a time, is it not? Another point, we do not need two different button too. - There is an option of history but I can not see any option to Release or Close, please give me light on this. - Notes in specification but not in Mockup, I am assuming it should be in description page, correct? - It seems anyone can access any ticket and can take action, do you not think it may create problem later? - I understand different type of tickets but can you please specify how taken action will different by system.
