Create hybrid application

Requirement Basic concept: this is basic dining application. where people will share their expenses of dinner but at time of dinner/lunch one person of the group will pay for dinner/lunch Expense. so person who will pay for expense will create task for member of group to pay their part on this mobile application. once member will pay their part, he will update task as completed. Users will have dedicated accounts Facebook login preferable Users will be able to store images Users with dedicated accounts will have dedicated profile page Users will be able to upload a profile picture "There will be a dashboard facility were they can have tasks based on the following KPI Red: Overdue Amber: Due in two weeks Green: Due in over two weeks" KPI Amber and Green timeline should be configurable by the user Ability to add other users to a group will be provided Facility to send email notification(s) to user based on KPI's will be provided Facility to send phone notification(s) to user based on KPI's will be provided Users will be able to email or send notifications to other users Users will not receive notifications whithout their consent Users will be able to delete a notification created by other users providing reasons which will be visible to all other users in the house. Ability to attach files (documents, images etc) when emailing other users please give me estimation for above tasks with hybrid application development. Thanks
