Hi, I have 7 years of experience in the field of SMSC. Taking care of various SMPP servers. So we can develop a API with custom sender (CLI). Do you have any SMS service provider or we need to arrange one SMS gateway also..? If yes that all depends on how much traffic you generate /SMS charges will vary according to volume. If we need to develop Billing application also along with API and SMSC connectivity it is also possible. This app with take care of CDRs and Invoice generation. Looking forward to here from you. I have good experience with Twilio platform, for asp and php code, even for desktop apps with VB or VBA. You could send SMS, voice message and make phone call.
