Write an Android application

Hello, Please read before posting a bid! i want to develop a loyalty rewards app like FiveStars and Belly but a much much much much more simple one, however, i want these functions: - points system (ever dollar is 1 point) - check in using Phone Number - backend control to be able to send mass text messages to phone numbers advertising - app to work on cheap tablet such as astro tab or NeuTab, the tablet is only for the app, i dont care about expensive tablets, let me know if you have better suggestion. - i dont want to publish app to store, only me. - i want to be able to run it on different stores (separate stores). - only admin (backend) can edit settings and send text messages. i dont want store managers to send it by themselves, i want to control their customers and what they send to them. - i want to design UI myself. i will provide PSD and AI - i have hosting so i will provide all hosting and cloud requirements.
