You want an app that works as this scenario: - User browses the "user" app to find nearby restaurants. - User pre-orders items in the menu - The restaurant receives the order via "restaurant" app - The restaurant scans the user's QR code to identify the order, and charge fee - Both sides can chat with each other via chat interface In order for this system to work, you will need a backend server to support the mobile apps. Have you got the backend system yet? I can do the Android apps for you with the cost 27777 INR. If you also need the backend implementation, I can do it for you (using Ruby on Rails) and it will cost an extra 15000 INR.
