Candidates must reside in USA locations east of I-35. I'm a multi-state truck driver and want to meet my Developer. Also, must have proven SEO SEA experience. Must be an (active with your state) small business entity--I cannot afford Large and Mid size companies.
The purpose is to build a mobile app both the owner of a vehicle and their driver can download to keep the drivers speed in check. When the driver downloads the app., it gives them a ID number. The owner downloads the owner app. and inputs the Driver ID number into it (either on their cell phone or computer). When the driver speed exceed a certain limit, an alert is sent to the owner--notifying them of the infraction.
