add feature to my app ios + android

i have App on iPhone & Android

its regarding advertising

so the current app who want to buy ads he should pay me cash then i add his credit from admin panel, i need that he pay by in app purchase and in google by google payment wallet + i have issue that any user add new advertise in my app then he need to edit, its not edited its not save what he edit,

i have new big update with new feature for this app so who will award this project in future when i finish all my notes in feature i will award him again to the new update

note : who will finish this edit he should send me the source of latest version
