BTW, "No Salary. only equity until we get investments." is not going to work for people like me who are top talents in iOS and android development. Why take the risk when we can work on other projects that are just as exciting and less risky? Although I'm not the lowest bid, I offer the best value for money, or close to the best. You want to hire someone who has a high productivity rate, not just the lowest hourly rate. Furthermore, my years of experience making mobile apps means I generally a) understand the requirements well (don't underestimate the headaches you might have trying to explain requirements to some folks, finding that what they produce doesn't quite match with what you had in mind, and having to go round and round explaining multiple times) b) produce quality work efficiently Daniel
