Cut up guitar takes -- 2

I have some guitar takes where a guitarist improvises over a track for 20-30 minutes in total. I am looking for someone who can just go through the takes and cut out the best samples as short Ableton Live clips. Guitar takes should be cut up in such a way that the Ableton clips start on time with the bar, say when triggering a scene in Ableton. They should start cleanly when triggered, so some volume clip automation should be added if required. Each clip will need to be labeled and coloured based on whether you think it should be a solo, a good rhythm loop, or just ad-lib, for example. I would then like you to create 3 different comps of the cut up guitar takes, creating a structure out of the clips in the arrangement view - with the intended result being to have a good guitar solo and parts which can be overlaid on a chorus or verse. The order/structure of the guitar takes in the comp does not have to match the structure of the instrumentals as this will be rearranged. In summary: 1. cut out the best parts of the guitar improvisations and organise them nicely in Ableton 2. ensure the clips trigger properly in-time and add any volume automation to clean up 3. create 3 comps of different variations of the newly cut guitar clips in arrangement view
