I 've been working on Sql server(development, data migration) for many years and recently started working on bigdata solutions. I 've done exactly the same thing to convert a .net solution which was based on ms sql to a mysql based solution. For the 2nd request I can keep the schema as they are(in mysql it will be different database); or keep the database name(this will lose schema identifier); or keep database name, and use current schema names as prefix. I hope this project is just the beginning of our long last good cooperation.
