We are looking for a fast, experienced, quality team of application developers to work on a project for a client.
Need to be flexible with how we work on this project as there will be about 8 stages that the application will be developed in. The application needs to be web based, but needs to be super fast! There will be lots of info stored in database which it will use to perform calculations, there will be graphs/charts, messaging, faxing, creating of PDFs etc.

We are looking for someone to come up with a better interface that is easier to use, and to make the application faster. We don't have access to this old application but we do have all the info about tables etc that were used to build this part. The application later will need iPhone/iPad applications developed for this so please bear this in mind.
The winner of this bid will need to supply an outline of what they'd suggest building this in for nicer interface, easier -to-use and speed of use/data loading/display.
Whoever wins this bid will then develop the other 9 stages once this stage is completed, and they can provide us pricing for those stages prior to the commencement of each stage. There is also the option of them receiving a percentage of all further income from the sale of this application if their production costs for the development of this application are lower.
