I am looking for a skilled .NET C# developper who is familiar with WCF, Devexpress, XAF.
I want a barcode & magnetic card reader service, which can be easily integrated to any Devexpress XAF application. It should be a standalone service with an API, once deployed it will listen incoming port, communicate with another software, send barcode/card id to this application.
