C# Paypal API Snippet to access 3rd Party Account -- 2

I need a C# .net 4/4.5 code-snippett using the paypal "PayPalCoreSDK" and "RestApiSDK" nuget packes available to connect to a third party paypal account.

I require the following scenario:

-Paypal (Developer) Account A with App-Credentials

-Paypal Merchant Account B, who authorizes App A in his profile

-The code block, using the .net paypal apis, connects to paypal with credentials from account A, and gets a authorization for pulling data from Account B.

The code block needs to contain App A's credentials:

[login to view URL]("mode", "sandbox");

[login to view URL]("[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]");

[login to view URL]("[login to view URL]", "");

[login to view URL]("[login to view URL]", "-");

and require authorization to Account B using the e-mail address of account B as authorization subject without any interaction from the user (the app was authorized already by Merchant B in his profile!).

And pull a list of Payments from Account B upon calling it:

Dictionary<string, string> parameters = new Dictionary<string, string>();

[login to view URL]("count", "10");

[login to view URL]("startIndex", "5");

PaymentHistory payHistory = [login to view URL](apiContext, parameters);
