Advanced Project Management and WorkFlow for SugarCRM for CE

I am SugarCRM reseller, mostly of implementations are on Community Edition, I have my servers for it - but some client of us is needing to work with WorkFlow and advanced project management. We are looking for someone skilled in Sugar CRM who could advise or assist us with setting up workflow/project management. I know we can purchase the Professional version of Sugar for the cliente, but I do not think that they would be willing to paid it, but in ordet to fulfill their requirements I am able to pay for this job, so I am looking for someone to help me on it. or, are there plugins that would do the job - and can they be easily installed? Or my cliente do really need to get the professional edition?
