Complete Website design & build (SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY)

I am looking for a website to be designed and built from scratch. It must be of first-rate quality with absolutely no compromise. An example of the level we are looking for is here ([login to view URL]). This project is very lucrative for the winning bidder as this completed site (if to our complete satisfaction) will be the first of 18 more of equally the same specifications over the next 6-18 months. I will list the points you MUST be able to either meet or provide:- 1. The graphic design of the website to our exact specifications, with the patience to continually make minor adjustments until we are satisfied. You must have an exceptional flair for eye-catching and easy-to-use layouts. 2. A Joomla content management system so that we are able to add articles and update the 'dynamic' sections of the website ourselves. We have very little website knowledge so it must be very easy to use. 3. A 'pay-for' subscription only section of our website that will have mini-forums/facebook-style walls on several individual pages. Will need a secure online payment method for subscribers. 4. A fully integrated 'free-to-use' forum for general members of the site (whether vbulletin or something else of at least an equally high standard) and fee-paying sections of the forum. 5. User/member account system - Login & register function for newsletter, forums, posting comments and voting. Allows them to add a CV, bookmark pages, etc. 6. Autoresponder functions for contacting members with forum updates and sending non-spam newsletters to our membership, complete with email grouping software (shopping cart). 7. Advanced Search Engine Optimisation. 8. Integtrated polling systems and a 'diary' function for users that will store important dates. 9. Blogger section - Up to 10 Blog profiles on a section of the site whereby individual writers can gain access to their blog only (not other parts of the site). 10. Secure CV submission database - We want a section whereby individuals can fill in a CV template which will be stored in a database. Recruiters will then be able to search the database and filter through it. 11. Video clip/Podcast section 12. Jobsboard - Ability for recruiters to post jobs (and be charged) on the site through automated software online. Various search options to organise and filter individual jobs into sections. 13. You MUST have extensive knowledge of advertising functions (Pay-per-click, pay-per-impression, affiliate programmes) and know how maximise their revenue on the site. You will have to place them in the optimium positions on the site and make it easy to use for us. An extensive knowledge of Google Analytics will also be required and you must be able to install all of its functions onto the site. 14. A proven track-record of similar work to what we are looking for. You must have completed VERY professional websites before, have evidence of them and be able to show us. You must have EXCELLENT communication and be able to provide constant updates on your progress. 15. If selected (we aim to pick a bidder within the week) you must be able to complete the website in 30-40 days. If you do not feel that you can meet ANY of the points listed above, do not bid for this project. We want a first rate site and will compromise on absolutely nothing.
