Conversion from Tif to Pdf/A

We need a software for converting .tif image to searchable .pdf/A. One tif image contains 250 to 300 images/pages. Software will have a option for input source tif images in bulk. It will check through OCR and create searchable pdf/A file in a destination folder assigned by user. Desired Steps: 1. Software should allow user to select input & output folder separately. 2. Input folder will contain bulk .tif images (every tif image contains 250 pages). 3. S/w will OCR the tif image and convert into searchable PDF/A format. 4. A log file also be generated along with the source & destination pages details and conversion status. 5. A done folder will be created within the source folder and move all the converted tif images into it. 6. If there is any error occur during the conversion the file will be left in the source folder and log will be updated accordingly and S/w will go for next image. Requirements: 1. S/w should be developed in .Net only and other freeware components. 2. We require the source code too along with the S/w. 3. Payment will be done on satisfactory output. 4. Time line maximum 15 days.
