Can you develop an app that picks the lotto numbers. I have been wanting to do this because when a user goes on the app the loot picker results will display all the possible numbers for that drawing but i's not like you think. There is formula I like to use that will only pick certain numbers. How I do it without an app will take me for ever to draw out the wining numbers instead of just picking them using my formula. The formula is easy it has four stages the first is to unscramble the numbers, the second is to sort the numbers, the third is to group the numbers and the fourth is to tally the numbers then summarize them.
